How it Works
Our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for procurement ensures efficiency and reliability in purchasing flower, trim, and biomass from our clients. Here's how we confirm quality through comprehensive lab tests

Initial Assessment
At the project's outset, we discuss material availability and condition with our client, crafting a strategy to meet goals and optimize use. Evaluating these materials, we determine the viability of the product.
Lab Testing Requirements
- Amount of material
- Location of the entire batch
- Point of contact for the lab technician
Testing Procedure
- Test Scheduling: We coordinate with both the farmer and the testing lab to schedule tests at the earliest convenience.
- Sample Collection: A lab technician visits the client’s location to collect samples. A small sample (at least 100g per 500 lb batch) is taken from various parts of the batch and quarantined using numbered zip ties.
- Quality Analysis: The collected samples undergo tests to analyze key factors such as THC content, pesticide presence, and overall cleanliness.
Test Results
Lab results are typically available within 3-4 business days. These results are thoroughly reviewed to ensure the material meets our stringent quality standards.
Follow Up and Offer
If the material meets our quality criteria, we proceed with making an offer or structuring a deal, including options like toll processing or split deals.

How We Handle Payment
At ReRoc, we pride ourselves on our cash-on-delivery standard, ensuring your product never leaves your property without cash in hand. If you prefer a different payment structure, we offer flexible options including splitting the extracted product as payment. Additionally, we provide extraction services where we process your material and return the extracted product to you for a fee.
